I took sify broadband connection from its vendor One stop communication at shakarpur Delhi-110092, at the time of connection sify's mareting executive told me that they will provide me customer support on the extra cost of 100/- pm, if you face any problem then our executive will solve that with in a hour, but since i took that connection, i continously got problem in its connectivity (March'10) till now, i complaints several times in sify and one stop communication but their executives don't know how to speak, they used abusive language, i faces lots of problem with this broadband but nobody there to hear that, sify broadband is really very bad company who provide no support to their costumer and have no respect for their customers, i request you to please look into the matter so that no other person will get deceived by them. Yesterday when i got same connectivity problem and i called at one stop communication they didn't picked up my call and when i called to Sify's executive Mr. Keshav then he used abusive language, really very pathetic service by sify broadband. Please help me out.
