I used to be a customer of Sify broadband, and during the time of two years that I had their connection, I was in problems. The thing that used to be on my mind all the time was hope the broadband connection doesn't go, as it used to be a constant event.

The local operator used to shut down his machinery when it used to rain saying that the rain affects his machinery, and there I used to be stuck and not able to send my work emails. When having to call Sify customer care their advisers were very rude and they used to send someone out after two days, although the Sify cable provider used to live 2 minutes away from my home.

If your someone who needs you internet connection majority of the time then I recommend you don't get Sify broadband.

I want to inform that i am a residence of agartala and i am having sify broadband connection.It has a very poor service..In a month for abt 15 days i am not able to connect it.Despite several complains to the local service provider the problem still persists.And after about 1 hr it gts dissconected..So it becomes very difficult to do my official works.So plz help in this regard
