I have been using Sify broadband internet service since last 5 months and I am facing terrible problem with the service. My internet is not working for last 2 months. I first called my area sify provider from whom I have taken the connection but he never showed up. After calling him repeated he started ignoring my calls. I have opened around 5-6 problem tickets with Sify customer care but the tickets got closed without getting the services up. I am very tired of calling of the customer care or following up with the Sify management. They dont even transfer my call to their managers to escalate the issue. I am not at all interested in continuing with this internet provider. All I need is my rental which I paid for the not working service (750/-)plus the istallation charges(1000/-).
Kindly request the consumer court here, to help me in getting back my 1750/- money back. This internet provider has mentally disturbed me and also a loss to my business.
