I ,Mayur Patel, had purchased the Internet device - Tata Photon+ 5GB/950 plan on May 6th 2010 from Nuton Smarte Services, Alkapuri. As they promised to deliver 3Mbps of speed, but till now i got below 1Mbps. For the last 2 days i was getting only 300-400 Mbps. I had complaint 3-4 times but they could not solve the problem. Their technician came only 2 times & just he did is test the speed.
In my last complaint i told them to eiher give me 50% off in my all bills or solve my problem.
Till today i heard not a single word from them regarding the last complaint
