I m using FiveNetwork connection provided by SSV Broadband which covers the Navi Mumbai area from (Vashi To Panvel).
When i took new connection SSV Broadband used to take Internet plan charges + Line maintenance charges (50 Rs). After few months they started charging 50rs more for (Value Added Services such as IPTV,DC) service which are hosted & provided in free of cost by fivenetwork, and now from 1st october they started charging us 50 rs more i.e 100 rs for (Value Added Services). As the customers are increasing they have started LOOTING CUSTOMERS, now we have to pay [Internet Plan charges + Line maintenance charges (50rs) + Value Added Services (100Rs)]
This is the last hope that i have now and that is writing to you, So that some strictness is maintained for the same.
