My login id with Tata Broadband Internet Services is praveensuri@eth.net with account no: ACC000093095.

During the month of November 2009, there was a billing error for a bill generated on 11th November, 2009. I have raised several complaints regarding this bill starting 25th November, 2009 with complaint number 11267318. This complaint was followed up with complaints 11354094 and 11370082. On 3rd January 2010, I spoke to a Floor supervisor named Satish who assured me that the bill will be closed and updated me with the ticket no. 36366136 for closing the bill. The next day, an executive came to my house, collected the equipment and gave me a Equipment Receipt Note with the number AP- ERN/08/004056 stating "No Due / Settled"

On 21st May 2010, i receive a letter from TATA (DL/MAY10/M21) requesting me to pay my outstanding within 7 days of receiving the letter, failing which, Tata would take penal actions against me.

I spoke to Customer service on 23rd and 26th May 2010 with Interaction note numbers 40158382 and 40230555.

I request Tata to please spare me with all the emotional drama and tensions.
