    Post Tata Bradband(the one of 3rd class service provider)

    Dear,
    I have applied for the tata broadband connection on 06/12/2011. The executive came to me collected the security money of Rs.2700 only on same day. After 2 days the engineer came from Tata with the installation equipment.Due to signal problem they are not able to install the connection.

    I called to the customer care and asked for my security money, they told me "i will get the my amount with in 15-20 working days. But i am not getting my money till today(03.02.12).

    On 22.01.2012 i sent mail to customer care regarding the same. They asked payment details from me. I provide details to him.

    Till today they are not able to solve my problem.

    So sir please solve my problem and give me the best solution to get back my money.

    i have tata brodband but in wi5 router this divas cnat be supoted are in leptop so it is the not brodband link help line dos't profile one of the excutive come to my office and says that skim to 600 kbs plan and Rs 300 Per months way this posibal ??

    Hi Dear,

    Same with me they don't have there executive details who came to me and collected the security amount. They don't have my application details.

    After providing every details regarding executive and my application, they are also not able to trace my application.

    I think EDUCATED ILLITERATE people are sitting over their who don't know how to solve the problem and how to represent there company. Its not their fault it is the fault of their HR people who don't know how to recruit the team.

    Is forum par mene sabse jayda complaint agar kisi company ki dekhi hai to wo sirf tata tele hai.

    Me to govt. Se request karunga ki aise company ke licence ko cancle kar dena chayee or future me kabhi bhi doobara licence nahii diya jana chayee or ban kar do india ke andar aise company ko jise customer ka khyal hi nahi in logo ne customer ko gadha(donkey samaj ke rakha hai.

    Ye mail mene tata coustomer care ko likhi hai aap log bhi pade ki unka executive mujse kya katha hai. Jo service mene nahii li uska bhi paisa mujse le rahe hai ye hal tab hai jab mera connection hi nahii laga.

Itna sari mail likhne ke baad aaj aapke executive(Kapil Sharma 9953175219) ka missed call aata(today 13.02.2012 @ 16:31 hrs). Me use call back karta hu to mujse katha hai ki me aapke bank me paise transfer kar raha hu but me Rs 2103 hi transfer karunga rest 600 ka agreement ban gaya hai wo wapas nahii hoga.

    Me Tata tele se poochta hu ki....

    (1)jab service us area me the hi nahii to aapke executive ne jooth kyu bola mujse.
    (2)jab aap logo ki service shru hui hi nahii to aapka agreement kaise ban gaya.

    Itni badi company bhi aise choro wale kaam karte hai kya?
    Ya to aap ki company kuch galat karti hai other executive aise kaise bol sakta ya aap logo ne policies hi aise banyee ya aap log apne employee ko dhang se pay nahii karte kya. Karte to aap ka executive aise chori nahii karta.
