We have applied for Tata Broadband Services as per your form no.04161606 on
18.11.2011 & payment also been made through cheque of Rs.561/- having No.
583006 dtd.18.11.2011 drawn on IDBI Bank, Khar West Branch.

Due to some technical problem the installation is not done at the above
said address. We are continuously following up with your area sales co
coordinator Mr. Hitendra Thakur on his cell # 9769616519 but all the
efforts are in vein. We have not got any positive reply.

still we are following up with TATA people but not getting any reply....
