Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have been defrauded by Rs 6015 on the pretext of Broadband Connection.
I enrolled to Tata Communications Broadband service by paying three months of payment in advance of Rs 6015. The engineer installed the connection but it wasn't working so he told me SMPS problem and agreed to come again after big fuss.
After 3 days, he showed up and showed my wife that internet is working and took the signature.
When I came back, it wasn't working and it is not working since then. After following up for a week with following gentlemen, I requested disconnections via email. Its been 15 days and no news on that. Whenever I remind them by email, I get a call asking why and someone will contact me later but nothing..
How do I get my money back? Can I file FIR in police and approach Consumer Court for harassment and cheating.
