My docomo connection num is 8237682066. When I bought the 3g stick from ConnectIndia aka Vriti I was told that I will be getting downloading limit of 5 gb and after crossing the limit the downloading speed will reduce to 128 kbps but the browsing speed will remain the same ie. 3.1 mbps.

After crossing the download limit my browsing speed has also become 128 kbps which is very frustrating. I called docomo customer care 1800266121 and they said that it is expected and my normal browsing speed will only resume after next billing cycle. ie, after 22 days.
I asked them to take back the 3g stick and refund my amount. They displayed unavailability of any such scheme in this regard.
And ask me to contact vriti ie from where I bought the connection.

All I want now from TATA is take back my docomo 3g e stick and refund my amount. Its very frustrating to work with this device even with full connection speed as the signals doesnt come in half of my flat and I have to adjust according to the signals.

Can you do that Tata?
