I subscribed to tata docomo 3g e-stick broadband service, my number being 9036986033
I submitted application to cancel my subscription in the 2nd week of december and was told my dec bill would be the last one.
Today, on calling customer care, I find that Tata Docomo decided to 'temporarily discontinue' instead of permanently cancelling my subscription while conveniently charging for the upcoming month also.
In the meanwhile, I got 2-3 calls from Tata Docomo's pesky sales people insisting that I remain their customer. I clearly said I wasn't satisfied with Docomo's service and speed and want to discontinue.
I request Tata Docomo adhere to fair business practise and do the needful in 'permanently' cancelling my account
