Dear Sir/Madam,
It is my worst experience with TATA Indicom.I am using Advance Rental plan of 10GB Day 15GB Ngt@10000ARP.
As per my plan I can use 10GB during peak hours and 15 GB during off peak hours and till now I have used 9576MB and 7627 MB respectively.
But my connection was blocked on 25th Dec 2011 saying that due to high usage we are blocking your connection and I have to pay 2894 rs for uninterrupted services. When I checked on My Account (Tata Photon's site) I found that I am within my usages limit. Then I have shared the snapshot of my usages with customer care but till now my services are blocked. I have talked to customer care executives and sent emails several times but no one has answered my query even they are unable to check my data usages in their server.
I have all the details with me(Snapshots of usages for december month).
Kindly help me.
