    Respected Sir/Madam
    I Padam Dev Singh wants to bring to your kind notice the following complaint as mentioned below that i am facing and going through.
    My Information is as follows:

    Teh. Palampur, Distt. Kangra

    1.I replaced my hand set that is Blackbeery 8830 from chandigarh on 21st July from Blackbeery service center executive Mr.Gaurav his cell no.09216287001and he charged me Rs7500/ for this and gave another 8830 device and before activating the device he took my phone sim card no and other details as according to him that was important to activate a new device.

    2.On 27th July I received a call from Tata Indicom call center mentioning that my bill is about Rs6300/ and iam close to my credit limit of Rs7500/ so i should check upon that, but that was really very surprising as from last 3 years my bill had never crossed Rs2300/ when i had 3 phone numbers in my account and after having 2 numbers my bill had never exceeded more then Rs1800/-
    For the above mentioned cause i called up the call center and requested them to check into the matter that something is wrong with my number and its not posssible that i can have such a big bill and they might somebody might have cloned your no.

    3.Again on 2 or 3 August i received another call from the call center that i have exceeded my credit limit of Rs7500/ and they will terminate my services.And they stoped my outgoing calls.So i baught another GSM sim of Airtel and started using that in 8830 device the no.is 9805747753.

    4.After this i tried all tataindicom call centers and blackberry call centres but no body resolved my problem and they started blaming each other that this is blackberrys fault and vice versa.

    5.At last i called up Mr Deepak Singh nodal officer Himachal Pradesh(9218000555) and some lady picked up the phone and listened to my complaint and she said that they will start my services and they will call back me but that never happend.So the very next day i called another tata indicom officer his cell no. is 9218509606 i donot now his name and i told him about my problem and he also promised to solve my problem and he said he will call back me at my airtel no as mentioned above but i never received a call from him, and the very next day again i called him but after along time he picked up my phone without listening to me he said he will call back me but that never happened.
    After that i tried to call both the the numbers 9218000555 and 9218509606 but they never picked the phone.

    6. At last i tried to call the corporate nodal officer at this no.02266625555 but no body picked up the phone it just goes on ringing and ringing.

    7.Now both my incoming and outgoing services are closed on both my numbers they are 9218589073 and 9218447375. and i am using a airtel GSM number that is 9805747753 and my bill amount on my login id is Rs10700/. But till today neither i have received any call or message or e-mail regarding my problem and nothing has been done so far.

    8.Kindly do let me know that where and whom should i contact to solve my problem because this is a serious problem because my no.has been cloned or misused.
    So kindly do look into the matter and inform me on e-mail address or my new no that is 9805747753.I will be very thankful to all of you.
