I have been using Tata Indicom Broadband services for a while now and have been facing problems for a long time and everytime i used to make the renewal charges the services would start at a later date but this time i made my payment of rs 1950 on 14-05-2010 and still as on date (31052010) the services have not started. The branch manager or probably the head Mr Rinkesh has told me that he would refund me the amount but am yet to receive it.
