I am a current tata indicom broadband user.
I have recently changed my address, and so had raised a request to shift my broadband connection as well. The request was raised 10 days back and i havent heard about any progress being done on my request.
I had called teh nodal officer office, they said that the issue has been escalated, but that was the response 3 days back and still i could not see any action been taken on my request.
I have sent a chain of flamming mails, but just got a response from the auto response machine.
I am way beyond frustration.
I have requested them to take their connection out and discontinuee the service. but they say, "maam we understand your problem, and it will be done in 24 hrs."
I am fed up, and just wish to drag the srvice provider to court and teach them a lesson.
please suggest me a way to get this done. I can take no more of the repetitive responses that i get from the TATA broadbang customer care service, which is pathetic.
