    Default TATA indicom Broadband complaint

    I have been using Tata indicom wimax connection for more than 20 months and was pretty much satisfied, until this strange thing happened.

    One fine day (Monday 3 Jan 2011) when i came back to my flat in the evening, I was surprised to see that the wimax antenna was missing. According to one of my neighbor some one from Tata indicom came and cut the wire and took the antenna saying i had asked for transfer of connection. He asked that guy ( my neighbor) to inform me to return the router also. The fact is that i never asked for transfer of connection and have been paying my bills on time also. On Monday only i lodged a complain regarding that and since then i m getting calls from different persons from Tata indicom and to everyone i have to explain the same thing again and again. Worse i could imagine, today i got a call and the person from other side blamed me that i have stolen the antenna and they would take legal action against me. Instead of accepting their own mistake of replacing someone else’s connection now they are blaming me only. I don’t know whom to complain now for this. Can someone help me regarding this?

    Angry Shameless and abusive telecaller

    I got a call from tata indicom broadband end to make the payments of the amount which was made already after telling the same with rcpt no. also that lady calling from no. 7275223195 started using foul language and used abusive words. Such things are never expected from.a reputed copany of yours. I m really discontent and want you to take a firm step against that telecaller.
