    Default Tata indicom broadband excess usage

    MY USER ID ' akc2370@vsnl.net' . THIS CONNECTION I USE AT HOME.

    I HAVE PREPAID TIME USAGE PLAN OF VALIDITY 1 YEAR TILL NOV2010.

    I HAD BALANCEOF RS 3677.15 AS ON 1.6.10. BUT SUDDENLY ON 25.6.10 I GET A SMS AND EMAIL THAT THERE IS NO BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT AND NEED TO RENEW.

    WHEN I CHECKED MY USAGE, I FIND THAT FROM 10.6.10 ONWARDS TATA INDICOM HAS DEBITED MY ACCOUNT CONTINUOUSLY TILL 25.6.10 AND DEPLETING MY BALANCES.

    THE FACT IS I HAVE NOT USED MY ACCOUNT 24 HOURS PER DAY, BUT THE USAGE SHOWS ONLY THAT , FOR EG: LIKE 10.6.10 I HAD USED 21.18 HOURS TO 08.18 HOURS WITH A TOTAL UASAGE OF 11 HOURS, WHICH IS JUST UNBELIEVBLE. THIS IS REPEATED TILL 25.6.10.

    MY AVG USAGE FROM APRIL2009 TO MAY2010 IS ONLY RS 526/PER MONTH.

    I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE , COMP NO : 12453090 DT 26.6.10 @3PM. THE ISSUE IS STILL TO BE RESOLVED.
