I am Sanjeev having tata DSL connection at my home from past one and a half year. I was using plan of 1 Mbps – Rs 1100 rental. Everything was fine till I got a call from tataindicom service centre for a free landline connection on my current DSL connection.
Next day landline phone was installed at my house. While putting this landline connection tataindicom representative with name pankaj (+91 9222164123) told me to shift to combo plan DS410 in which 100 min on landline will be free with unlimited data download with 512 Kbps speed. I filled all request form and I was told that plan will be change in 4 working days.
It has been 3 months since I gave the request for change. But even today I am getting bill with my old rental plan and landline charges added on that. And till date I must have explained my problem to atleast 10 tataindicom customer representative. No solution till date and seems like my connection has been disconnected now.
Last I talked to Mr. Ashok and once again explained him everything. But all was in vain.
You tata indicom guys…FO and please stop calling for bills if you can’t solve customer complaint. Please note that I am not paying bill intentionally because once the bill is paid, no one is going to listen my problem and amount will never be refunded.
