I purchased Tata Photon + just three months back. Recently I connected it to another Laptop with Windows 7 Operating System. Photon + does not work on Windows 7. The response from TATA Indicom Customer care is pathetic. They suggested to downgrade the windows operating system instead of upgrading drivers for Photon +. The customer care people are asking to scrap the device and they do not have any solution. They will not provide any support after they have sold the product. The customer care attendants just divert the call from one extension to another.
