I had recharged Tata Indicom 'Photon Plus' on 10th September, 2011 (Saturday) via the internet for Rs. 501/-.
Till date I have not been able to use the internet via Photon Plus since there is no balance credited to my account. The last time I talked to a representative 'Hina Gharat'(?), I was surprised to hear that she said that my balance had 'lapsed'!!

I have kept in touch with Tata Indicom over this through their customer care number and have talked to at least a dozen representatives. I was told that the resolution time was 6th October, 2011.
However, till date (10th October, 2011) I have not received a single 'call back'.
If Tata Indicom is telling me that I have used this balance, then I would want my usage details from them.
The bottomline is that I would like to know where my money has gone!!
