Hi, I have a tata wimax internet connection.
One day without i requesting for , two collection agents come home and ask for the bill payment.
I informed them that i would be making the payments later, and the very next day i had called the customer support team , askin for my bill date to be changed, this happend on the 23rd of jan 2010.
And also asked them not to send any collection agents to my place , unless i ask for .
The very next day, when my husband or i, were not at home, when two people come home and cut my cable and take away my antenna and the modem, without informing me, or calling me, taking a signatur of my younger brother, who was sleeping at home, who is not even 18yrs old.

From that night onwards, i have been calling their customer services, for getting back my stuff, and nobody had any clue what this issue was all about.
I had to call them multiple times , on my post paid phone, and each time, i had no help from the customer service agent, i had to ask for a supervisor, who would come online only after 45 mins of hold music..
I had made around 15 such calls.there i am at loss.
They took away my connection without informing, me and that friday i had to submit an online project , worth 10000 Rs., which i couldnt do , and there also i am at loss.
for all their insane activity, i was at loss all this while.after 4 days, they come and put everything in place.

When i ask them for compensation, for all of this, they behave as though nothing had happened.
Whom should i be reporting about all of this.
