Default Tata Photon

Please note that have been unable to make any headway regarding the payment of my bill for Tata Photon. being unable to pay the bill on time, I paid it later with all the late fees and although he billed mount was abnormally high, I did not dispute the charges becuase i thought i would take an unlimited package later. when i went to pay my bill, the online payment options only allowed me to pay a part of the bill. i had to make four transactions to pay a part of my bill. now the website is refusing payment from me, either through credit card or debit card. now, how am i to pay my bil!! in the meanwhile tata indicom people keep calling me hat i have not paid my bill. their IVR, when I call refuses to identify my account number that is there on their bill. i canot contact them. i really expected more proffessionaism from TATA. i used to trust them. but even they turned out to be a pathetic company n terms of customer service
