subject: wrong recharge reversal which was suggested by tataphoton callcenter and not crediting the correct amount for which the recharge was done on 14th sep 2010.

I sanjeev kumar is using photon since 22 nd aug 2010 from shop(uttam tv &telecom, dange chowk, thergaon, pune ph:9823036244).
It was working fine until i moved to hyderabad and recharge for Rs.1350 in order to get 10GB space for my internet use. Before I rechage this particular amount I called to tata photon callcenter(1 800 266 121) to get the details about the recharge & also I provided all the detail about my tata photon no. ,place of rechage, valid validity of tata photon. They told me that you needs to rechage for the amount 1350 to get 10GB. Now I went to shop and he rechaged that particular amt on 14th sep 2010. near about at 9:30pm.
But since then i didnot get 10GB. I called to callcenter on 15th sep2010 to know the status of recharge. They launched complain(BAL0710370315) and informed that issue will be resolved with 24-to-48 hr. I called again on 17th, they informed that the particular complain is closed without resolution. After then I asked for supervisor ,he informed that he will escalate this issue. so other complain open once again(bal 0710554817). Since that time Iam keep on calling and they informing that wrong recharge happened as maharastra recharge is different, I told them that I confirmed from the callcenter before I recharged and also i provided all the information about my state. It was the mistake done by tata callcenter people.
Now, for that issue I spoke with 4 agents, 3supervisors, 1manager(chaitanya). But instead of resolving my issue they were giving the wronge commitment. They told they will give callback, followups , escalating the issue , but nothing has happened.
Now, on 19th sep I reached to pune and called to callcenter. They told me to wait for 24 to 48 hr. again no resolution. now again i called and had a word with supervisor and he told to contact "doddle desk" for complain. I called them and they told me that on 24 th sep . but still no issue is resolved . I spoke with 3 supervisor and 1 supervisor team lead but they are also not doing anything and my issue is reamil the same. Every time they are asking to wait for 24 to 48 hr . but there is no result. Iam so fed up with the service and i am under depression .
I hope my issue should be escalated and i want to launch strong complain against this company for providing the falsification of informaion to customers and also not providing the good service which customer deserves after paying for the service. Also , i want to tell that these people are giving wrong commitment to the cx those who are calling for there problems.
I do have information about complains no. , names of agents/supervisor, there interaction ids also.
