    My Tata Indicom No. is 09223962033
    Account Number is 974410651

    I have been using the Tata photo for a couple of months and I was on the 10GB plan,
    The bill for all of the moths was always the 13224 Rs only as per the plan.
    I received a Bill for the period 17 Feb- 16 March period for 13,919 RS, I never downloaded or uploaded , but only occasional surfing and the bill says over 30 GB of upload and download which is impossible.
    I contacted Tata customer care and lodged a complaint, they asked me to contact my local Tata outlet which is located in Borivali East, after visiting them countless number of times they have not be able to resolve the problem, they provided an Itemized bill, but when i looked at it it showed uploads and downloads everyday from morning 5 Am till midnight, No one uses the Internet at 5 AM in the morning and still it showed uploads and downloads which does not make any sense whatsoever.

    After speaking with the Tata outlet located in Borivali East the manager there also agreed from my previous bills that something in the billing was wrong but he did not resolve it even after making countless trips again and again to his office.

    We got a letter that a case would be lodged against us for nonpayment and my Parents went ahead and paid the bill which was not with interest.

    I have been visiting the tata center in borovali for over a month now and they have done absolutely nothing to fix this and then we received letters that a case will be opened for non payment.


    I want to have the bill corrected and only to pay what the normal amount should have been and a refund of the huge excess amount of money that my parents paid,

    Default Tata Photon Plus Fraud

    This is Vandit here,I wanted to inform you as I have been doing so in all Tata Indicom calls regarding the bill amount, i did not use the photon so much that my bill gets over Rs. 6,000 in just a month. I had my plan in which i could download a lot of data i.e.10GB and the amount of that which they are telling me is unbelievable. Tata Indicom also sent me letters stating that they will do something if I dont pay the amount which they have generated I dont know how. I was very upset with the type of communication they were having with me,even then also when last month a person on behalf of Tata Indicom called me (Number-02222904957) asked me to settle the amount and I agreed to it. I was still ready to pay the amount but only after asking my father as I am just a student. I asked him to call me again in 5 minutes so that I can settle the amount. Now he is calling me today and he started abusing me and my family. I asked him repeatedly to mind his tongue but he didn't stop,he started calling me again and again around 30 times and every-time I answered his call he starts shouting and abusing and dosent even listen to what i have to say. He is also threatening me that he will come with some people and thrash me and beat me up as he knows my billing address.
    This is not the way of talking to your customer. Mistake is from your side,you have generated a bill amounting Rs.8836 without any basis.You have kept on adding monthly charge in-spite of the fact that you had stopped the services of my photon.
    Still when I am agreeing to settle the debt i.e.70:30 according to the person I spoke on the phone, the person is threatening me that he will come to my house and beat me up. I warned him again and again and he provoked me.
    Nobody on your behalf who calls me listens to what I have to say,they just keep asking me that when will I pay the bill.This is not the way to keep troubling your customer.
    I font want any troubles for myself as I am a student and does not want to get involve I such things. The person who is calling me again and again is troubling and threatning me and I have warned him and that if he does it again I wont be left with any choice except to lodge an FIR against the caller.

    Angry Inflated bill from Tata Photon

    I too am facing an Inflated bill issue from Tata...
    I have been using Tata Photon+ Since last 23 months (will be completing 2 years in Sept, 2011) and always had the same plan of 10GB. It was a corporate plan and my total monthly usage is paid for by my employer.
    I never had any issue with the billing in these 23 months. I had issues with connection and speed multiple times and logged many complaints with their call center but then that's it; there were no other issues.. Until I got my bill for the month of July in August 2011.
    To my surprise they have charged me Rs. 5510 for using 18531 MB of data.. which is not at possible.
    In my last 2 years of usage, I have never ever used more than 70% (only two occasions) of my total limit of 10 GB. Majority of the months, I have only used approx 50% of my total limit and suddenly in the month of July they expect me to believe that I used 18 GB.
    I never used my Tata Photon for much except official purpose and there is no way I could use so much of data without knowing of it.
    I called their customer care and they logged a complain, 4 days later their technican called me to let me know that they found nothing wrong in my bill and so I have to pay it.
    I asked him for my usage broken down day by day, and they sent me an excel file which shows usage on every single day of the month, which is not possible as I dont work weekends and being a family guy does not even stay at home on weekends, usually out on family outsings. So how can I be sitting at home and downloading/ uploading data. Beside as per the data provided by them, there are multiple unit consumed during the sametime of the day.
    Looking at the whole interaction, I dont expect any fair proceeding from them and so has decided to not pay and wait for them to initiate legal proceedings so that I can reply back to them through legal channels.
