I have been using the Tata photo for a couple of months and I was on the 10GB plan,
The bill for all of the moths was always the 13224 Rs only as per the plan.
I received a Bill for the period 17 Feb- 16 March period for 13,919 RS, I never downloaded or uploaded , but only occasional surfing and the bill says over 30 GB of upload and download which is impossible.
I contacted Tata customer care and lodged a complaint, they asked me to contact my local Tata outlet which is located in Borivali East, after visiting them countless number of times they have not be able to resolve the problem, they provided an Itemized bill, but when i looked at it it showed uploads and downloads everyday from morning 5 Am till midnight, No one uses the Internet at 5 AM in the morning and still it showed uploads and downloads which does not make any sense whatsoever.
After speaking with the Tata outlet located in Borivali East the manager there also agreed from my previous bills that something in the billing was wrong but he did not resolve it even after making countless trips again and again to his office.
We got a letter that a case would be lodged against us for nonpayment and my Parents went ahead and paid the bill which was not with interest.
I have been visiting the tata center in borovali for over a month now and they have done absolutely nothing to fix this and then we received letters that a case will be opened for non payment.
I want to have the bill corrected and only to pay what the normal amount should have been and a refund of the huge excess amount of money that my parents paid,
