    Post tata photon + a/c no. 904584096

    i had submitted a request in the month of march 2010 to disconnect my tata photon + connection. but till now i.e 13/06/2010 my connection has not been disconnected depite my repeated request for diconnection of the connection. the co. is regularly sending me the bill. i am really tortured,harassed by the behaviour of the tata photon plus employees. it is really very sad that a company which is named after the name of a patriotic person of india, the employees of the co. are certainly tarnishing the image of a true indian.

    Default Incorrect recording of time so more bill

    With reference to my account no of Tata Photon plus 9290311258, the usage shown for the month of June 2010 by device is 46 hour i.e. 2760 minutes but on checking through website it is
    Showing 3201 minutes .Since i have opted for monthly rental plan of 750 Rs for free 3600 minutes
    The detail usage difference in minutes for both Photon device & website of tatatel are as follow.

    But The reply from customercare.ap@tatatel.co.in is as given below:
    This is with reference to your email dated 26/06/10 regarding bill issue for the Tata Indicom number 9290311258.

    We regret to inform that we are unable to process your request; the bill has not been generated. Hence the same will be generating on 5th July 2010 and we request you to kindly write back to us after the bill generation to initiate further.


    I have never thought of such kind of misleading and vauge reply from such a repute brand of Our nation.

    Default to change my photon plan

    sir,
    i just got discount photon plus card on buying samsung lapy
    so, first two months are free with 1500 plan,this is third month but they did not even inform me that 1st 2 months are over and i just got continue whit that plan ,i just want to shift to 250 plan
    can i change my plan today it self
    kindly inform me to change my plan
