Hi,
I got a Tata Photon Connection through corporate about 3 weeks back. I had provided electicity, telephone bills for address proof and some one from Tata had come to my house for address verification. They talked to my parents and took some signatures. It was working fine and suddenly the connection went off today morning without any warning. When i called the support team, they informed that address verification check is negative. There was no warning too before this. I have a broadband at home and I took the Tata photon only for official purposes. The whole day i was not able to work and I really don't know what the problem is and why i was not intimated about it. I called the nodal respresentative and she is not giving any information even any of right person's contact number. I feel sorry for your team if they themselves cannot contact any superiors in Tata Photon!
My question to Tata is:
1. Is this how you treat any customer (disconnect the connection during working hours without warning) ?
2. Who is the contact person for quick resolution of issues as serious as this?
3. Also I got a Tata Docomo connection with the Photon and they have also sent the bill to my same address. What happened to the address verification now??
Is this kind of jokes being played to consumers? I am planning to escalate to my company if this does not get resolved.
I had a individual Tata Photon earlier and had some hiccups earlier too. But this time it is again coming up with pathetic service and unnecessary troubles to me.
Anyone from Tata, Please let me know how to close this asap? I also want you to tell me what was the issue for suspending my connection.
