Dear Sir/Madam
We are facing problem for one number out of 4 numbers. Reason given for disconnecting services is negative address verification.
How it is possible that other 3 numbers are working and for one number your team is getting problem. In July also we have faced same problem but after visiting Tata
Outlet it was solved but temporarily.

Tata says address verification is negative but we are getting bills for same account on same address and paying it.
Pls note following things.
· We are using Tata PRI lines (100) numbers on same address since last 6 years.
· We are using AT &T MPLS line for which Tata’s connectivity is used for last mile.
· TTML Mux is installed in our campus from where fiber and copper lines goes to your other clients also.
Still your employees don’t find or verify our address this is big joke. If address is not proper how we are receiving your bills.
Pls do the needful, if you want documents we can send a scanned copy along with application on letterhead.
