Hi, myself, Hemant Singh Bisht, #9216427735. I bought a Tata Photon Device of 3 MBPS speed. After getting it, the scenario got changed. Even in the first month, I made at least 10-15 calls to customer care. Always, the answer is we have forward your complaint to concerned department, please wait for 48 hours. I also complained about the downloading speed of 10-13 kbps which one can get through his mobile. I paid the first bill, but due to the same situation, I didn't paid any amount because every time the answer is that your problem will be solved soon and i paid 2 months bill again. Same situations again and same problems...N again, i didn't pay the next month bill because i have pending complaints. Now, i got a call from Delhi, saying that a complaint against you is filed in Delhi Court for nonpayment. Whereas, when i talked to Tata Indicom Nodal office, they said no complaint is filed in. Suggest me what should i do. I have already bought one more connection from Connect and my Tata Photon device money is wasted. I want your cooperation, Please help me out. I am so tense.
