I got the notice for 1800+ which i have not used, but I have logged a complaint immediately saying
I have lost the device but got a feed back that cannot stop immediatly as you have to pay all amount.
which is quite disgusting at a point where there is an emergency of misuse and some body uses the
whole limit and I have to suffer.
I called up lawer notice number and assured for settlement and the phone was not answered and hangged
with a statement that you have pay it not settlement.
called customer care to re-activate my connection am ready to use but refused do that.
i also logged complaint to check my network coverage issue which i was facing they said NO first take
new connection then rest.
this seems no co-operation statements all with dead locks quite disappointing with award winner tata photon.
Looking forword for pasitive response or settlement.
