    sir ,i have taken a photon max device for Rs:2000/- (two thousand only).last month 24th .at the time of delivering the device to me the company representative has promised me that i will be able to download upto 6.2 mbps speed through my modem with the least as 3.1mbps speed and upload spped will be 5.1 mbps and the least will be 2.9 mbps as the uploading.
    but the device has failed to deliver the speed and after several talks with the company customer care support representative they say that the device will deliver from 512 kbps and it may deliver upto 6.2 mbps. but now its only delivering 0.11 mbps and upload speed of 0.15mbps.
    pls take necessary action and do the needful.


    my sincere request to the public is not to believe any companies device until you test the device in specific .

    sir, no steps are taken as u said nor none of ur ppl have resolved my problem .is this the way u treat after looting the money from the customers? just a sms will be deliverd and said that we are on ur problem to resolve we need 48 hrs ....do u people do the value of time? may be 48 hrs is very less for u guys but its very much for us.
    finally came to know one thing .u guys are unfit .
    dont ever try to bluff the customers.
    dear customers this is my sincere advice ....be practical before u burn ur hands by opting fraud companies ....who ever it might be .

    sir i am providing u my PHOTON MAX connection number 92469 39373 and why dont u ppl get in touch with me though this ? and why do u ppl ask me always to raise an complaint to the customer care ? why r u ppl making this issue fishy?

    Sir, i ahve provided u my phoyon max number several times but still once again i am providing this to u ..92469 39373 and why do u ppl ask to raise an complaint to the customer care ? when there is no problem resolved through ur customer care then whats the use to raise an complaint again and again to the customer care ? whats ur idea behind this ? will my problem be resolved or shell i file a legal complaint against the tata docomo for the poor service .
