I am Mr. AK Singh was purchased a Tata Photron+ Mobile Broadband DATA Card on 26 Sep 2010 which was not connected properly till date. I have been make many calls to customer care and they just assure me the engineer will be sent to your home to resolve the ibid broblem, but no one visit my home and the problem is till alive. I have also registered my complaint on 29th and 30th Sep 2010. But no response from the company till date. I have lost ten days of free uses due to this incident. Now I want to resolve my problem of connecting the Internet and get back my lost 10 days of free uses.
