    Angry Tata Photon Plus

    Dear Sir,

    I was having a photon + connection with no. of 9243226447. I lost my device on 31.10.2011 and its complain i registered in Bypanahalli Police Station. On 31st October 2011 I raised the request to stop all services. Request No. 285174059. I request call from customer care indicating i raised request the call for change of device then I corrected the person that request is to stop all services. Again, I raised the request to close the connection on 02.11.2011 Request No. 376518.

    Now, the November bill I paid as it is charged for Usage in october. When I got the bill in decemeber I went to tataphoton office Indranagar, Bangalore. The person sitting there told me that connection is still active and he cannot able to raised the request to cancel connection until the bill will be paid. So I paid the bill and given one more application to close the connection Application No. 290345455 on 16.12.2011.

    After this drama, a Person from tata photon Mr. Rajesh contacted me, came to my home telling he need my signature for cancellation procedure. He told me that if you take the connection they will give it in a discount retaining same number and there is no need to pay any further amount as the device is not in use.

    He told me that the device is not activated, for activation customer care will give me a call. Unfortunatelly I didn't got any call from regarding this but I got the bill indicating I have to pay Rs 1678.

    Now please stop the connection immidiately. Unfortunately things like this is happened to so many customers. Please some goverenment body should monitor and take strict action against them.

    Dear Sir,

    This is the resolution given by coustomer care for my complain no. 296660381
    1) Cancelation request no. 296872861 raised by them will take 15 days for cancellation.
    2) Outstanding amout Rs. 1678 will be waived off but they will not give any reciept for this.
    3) They assure me that I will not get any fruther bills.
    4) I will not get any refund for no usage from the day I lost my device. Acutally I paid amout Rs. 827 which I have not supposed to pay.
