Tata Photon Plus - Big Problems.

    Thumbs down Tata Photon Plus - Big Problems.

    My photon plus number is 9243540467.
    I picked this connection a few months back. However, I have been having
    problems with the connection since day 1.

    I never get over .08 Mbps speed at any time during the day or night.
    The device gets heated up very bad and then disconnects on its own,
    after which I have to restart my system to get the connection back.

    I have filed so many complaints with the customer service team but they
    just dont do anything about it.

    Infact I filed a complaint today and the complaint number is 271736427.
    I got a call from a rep in half an hour, he heard my problems and then
    hung the call. And I immediately got a message saying that my ticket is
    closed.

    However no solution has been offered. Not sure as to what to do now.
    Should I file a complaint with the consumer forum?

    Thank You for the greetings... but i need my connection working.

    I had a customer carer(yes, customer care executive sounds better) who came
    home and checked up as to what is happening. By the looks of it, it seems that I have
    to sit on my roof and work, cos the network there is not bad. I get 0.8mbps on my roof.
    However, in my house speedtest.net 'refuses' to even open. Now please dont blame the construction of my house for this.

    He has promised me an antenna in a couple of days. But I somehow feel that this is
    one more of those false promises the "customer carers" give.

    Will keep you posted "Customer Care"... How I wish there was a name to refer to
    and "A" person to speak to...

    But of cos... corporate policies don't allow personal touch.

    P.S : One payment missed and I get so many personal calls :-) Corporate Policy eh!
