My photon plus number is 9243540467.
I picked this connection a few months back. However, I have been having
problems with the connection since day 1.
I never get over .08 Mbps speed at any time during the day or night.
The device gets heated up very bad and then disconnects on its own,
after which I have to restart my system to get the connection back.
I have filed so many complaints with the customer service team but they
just dont do anything about it.
Infact I filed a complaint today and the complaint number is 271736427.
I got a call from a rep in half an hour, he heard my problems and then
hung the call. And I immediately got a message saying that my ticket is
closed.
However no solution has been offered. Not sure as to what to do now.
Should I file a complaint with the consumer forum?
