    Angry Tata Photon plus bills even after disconnection

    Hi ,

    My name is Ashish Patel and I have a tata photon plus connection which I requested to disconnect and I got an automated reply as well that the disconnection is done.But later I got the bill intimation stating that my bill is due.When I contacted customer care stating the reference number of the mail for disconnection,they denied that any such reference number exist and I have to pay for the bill which I am not using at all.

    Please find the mail chain below.This is plain fraud.

    Please help.

    I got my Tata Photon plus connection closed on 11th December [Reference no:¿289719541] .But still I got a bill from Tata Indicom for the period 13Dec2011 to 12Jan2011.Please look into this,I am not going to pay for the services I¿don't¿use.I have attached the bill for your reference.And below is the deactivation mail which I received.
