This is Damini Bakshi. I am Tata Photon user from Last one year.My Account number is 907104491.
I am using Tata Photon From last year. My Tata Photon was in safe custody from last two months. At 11th November i received the call from Tata customer care that we cant put it on safe custody for more months. i confirmed them to stop the services for the time.
By today I have received the bill of 510 rupees. In which September bill is added with 83 rupees which i have already paid and it is showing paid on my user login.
Secondly, I am not able to understand the billing of 410 rupees for the month of October as it was in safe custody.
I called to customer care they said mail your query to nodelofficer.delhi@tatatel.co.in on which mails are bouncing back. and the no one pick the number they have given.
I have also raised the complaint 4 days back on their Portal. Case ID is 389986. But no one called back.
