    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My name is Manoj Kumar residing in bangalore.I have received a legal notifice from Tata photon plus for due payment for the services which i have never received.I have given the history of the case below and follow up with TATA Photon. I have done so much follow up with them and finally left it because of no response.Can you please take this case with TATA PHOTON Plus seriouly.I would appreciate your quick and strict action against such incident and against such companies who is unnecessarily threatening the Nominal Public.

    I have received a notice from one of the Tata photon advocate Rajanikanth R stating that if i do not make the payment of Rs 1407 and addiional Rs 500 for legarl changes with in 7 days there would be legal action both criminal and civil under the various provisions of Indian pendal code and there would be recovery of along with intrest @ 24% annual.

    As a loyal consumer i have followed so many times with TATA photon plus, invested so much of precious time and money but after seeing your notice i realized that as a consumer i should not be loyal to the company if service is not being provided.

    Your legal notice thretend me and i am completely disturbed now.It is enough now and i have decided to SUE TATA Photon plus in consumer court before logging the complaint to consumer court i would like to give 2 days of time.If i do not hear any response from your company i will log a complaint and will not take it back even there is request.I have given down my all the previous conversation.

    I tried to reach on given cont No in the Legal notice as 08065599337 & 08066689873 but both the numbers are rining but no body is picking the call.

    Please take it seriously and inform your higher management.

    I m having the same problem where in i request for ac closure of my lan line and broad band last year in dec 2010 and they never did closed and charged me monthly rental and now in Nov, they send me email with LEgal notice. I sent them all mail communication of complaint request i raised for account closure and service req of closure in dec. I spoke to customer service, now i m writing to nodal office with and collection officer but no one reply with the action taken . I posted my thread today. and i was searching a similar thread. Did u get any outcome of it. Can u tell me what happened with your case. I don't know how to go further with these guys? they are really insensitive . Seems, they do mistake and harass us.

    pls tell me if any action taken in your case. it would be helpful to me.
