I purchased Tata Photon Plus one week back.
It is not connecting to internet.

I am using a windows 7 PC 64 bit.
I keep getting Error: 633 Modem is already in use or not configured properly.
I called Customer Support several times.
They ask me to uninstall and reinstall and restart PC.
I did this several times with no use. Next they ask me to do a query modem and restart which was of no use.
They sent a Technician to my house. He could not fix this issue. He blames my PC for this issue.
I took my PC to lenovo office. They check this PC and say there is nothing wrong with the PC.
Customer Support sucks and they do not try to understand this issue.
Each time i call they ask me to have my PC checked or ask me to go to regional office which is of no use as they cannot fix this issue and ask me to contact Customer Support.
This is irritating me and i want to cancel my service and want a refund of the amount i paid for the modem.
