    sir, i purchased tata photon from vriti infotech ltd noida though tele calling on 19 may 10, they promised me to active it immdatly, and they collected relevant document from me, still today it is not activated. they are not attending me. please do the justice

    Question Photon+ Bad Service

    I have purchased a Tata Photron+ Mobile Broadband service data Card by attracting their advertisement speed to 3.1 mbps on in the middle of August, 2010. Till now I did not get proper speed. I have requested Photon+ with many service requests regarding the low speed issue, few of those request were closed without any resolution and without any confirmation/notice to me. I mailed the same issue in detail to nodalofficer.kar@tatatel.co.in and sent reminders as well, but did not receive any response. The Photon+ SLA for a service request is 24hrs and my recent request raised on 5th Oct is still in open and no response from photon+. Please advise me.

    Sir, I purchased Tata photon+ from vriti info tech Ltd Noida through tele calling on 12 Apr 2011(device delivered by 10.30pm), they promised me to active it immediately, and they collected relevant document from me, still today it is not activated. they are not attending me. they are doing very poor response..i have lost around Rs.500/- for mobile communication. please do the justice..i don't want this kind of service..please give me refund.     Sir, I purchased Tata photon+ from vriti info tech Ltd Noida through tele calling on 20 May2011(device delivered by 2.00pm), they promised me to active it immediately, and they collected relevant document from me, still today it is not activated. they are not attending me. they are doing very poor response..i have lost around Rs.100/- for mobile communication. please do the justice..i want active with in 30 min.     this is to bring you kind notice that kindly cancelled my Tata Photon+ Postpaid No 9212561190, which i purchased on 06/07/11 and not used till yet.i try to call on your toll free no1800266121 for more then 5 hour busy continue 04:10 Pm to 09:30 Pm on (07/07/2011) now i am not try more then my limit.
