Tata Photon+ Pre-Paid

    Default Tata Photon+ Pre-Paid

    I bought a Tata Photon+ Pre-Paid in April this year and recharged it with 1250 INR which provides me 10GB of download free, my validity was suppose to expire on May 23, 2010.
    I got a message from Tata saying that my account balance is 3695 MB at 9:53 pm on May 22, 2010. So, I started downloading stuff for approximately 1.25 GB and the download stopped by 12:00 midnight as the validity was over. Then I did not recharge my Photon+ for a few days. I recharged it with 200 INR which gives me 250 MB of download and comes with 20 days validity. I came home and tried to connect it did not work so I called up customer care and was shocked to hear the agent saying that my account was negative 1600 INR.
    I asked him how is it possible? That person said this is what I see on my system.
    Now, my queries are:
    1. When I had a balance of 3695 MB at 9:53 on May 22, 2010 how can my account go in negative?
    2. And if my account was in negative why did they permit to download files after my balance was over.
    3. I did not expect this kind of service from Tata, they only look to get hold of new customers and don't care about existing customers.
    4. According to them now I am in debt which doesn't seem fair.
    I hope something can be done in this mater.

    Default how to recharge my photon+ through online

    I don't have any idea about photon+. I would like to recharge my device through online please help me for that and i forgot that device number too, so please tell me the number

    Angry Tata Photon + toll free no 1800266121 never responds

    Last 3 days I am continuosly trying the toll free no for my balance enquiry, no response. It seems that they least bother about customers

    Dear Sir,
    Purchased a few days back photon+ bearing No. (9205429435) but it speed do not go beyond 8 Kbps....Contacted your field executives 9205141207 Engineer 9205137100 and later customer care but no response till date Kindly help or I want to surrender the device......

    Default not happy with tataphoton+

    I took with full hope that i can utilize best service from tataphoton+, i'm in prepaid plan, i used to recharge 700 per every month that to 1 GB, its valid for only 1 month, if i didn't use 1GB within a month that money will get lost and again i need to recharge. and If used for 1 day that to only one hour it may get charged more nearly 450MB like that, even though i use little, Please tel me any other plan that i can convert to other photon plans. So that i can use that 1 GB when ever i want...

    Hope i'll get reply....

    Default Money gets deducted but recharge not done. Escalations don't help either

    I had done an online trasaction(using HDFC Bank Netbanking) to get my Wireless Photon Card Recharged for Rs 250/- on 16 -10-2011. This was done from official web site Tata Docomo – Compare and Buy Tata Docomo Mobile Phone, Tata Docomo wireless internet. The order number is 174109116a11, and the status says Recharge processed but gives the Transaction ID as '0'. The card did not get recharged and I have sent many escalation mails. I did get acknowledgements and 1 reply that the amount will get reversed to my account which never happened. I even wrote to the Noda head but did not hear back. Its really frustrating to expect this kind of service from Tata.

    The card number is 9212415849
