    Default Tata Photon+ : Promised to wayoff 1st month, But not done. Latefee also in next month

    Hello respected Sir/Madam,

    I am K. Kiran Kumar from Hyderabad purchased Tata Photon+ (Postpone) broadband connection paying 2,400/- to the agent and took 750MB data plan.

    I visited Ameerpet Branch in April and opted for Tata Photon+ "Prepaid" broadband connection as it has 1GB data free option available at that time. But, the agent (Ramesh phone: 9246576751) promised me to wafe off 1st month's bill (750/-). But after 15 days (in May 2010) I got a bill with 173/-. I visited Ameerpet branch and contacted the same agent and he promised again to wave off my first month bill. But it didnt happened till today.

    And in the month of May, I got the bill with the following amount:
    Monthly usage:674.25+ previous month bill:173 + Latepayment fee: 50 = Total of 897/-.

    But as per my concern, the bill amount is only 674.25/- for May 2010 bill. The last date for paying this bill is 22/06/2010. I am worrying how do Tata Photon+ people charge late fee amount in my upcoming bill without solving my problem.

    I contacted Tata Photon+ customer care atleast 4 or 5 time till now (and each call taking atleast 20 mins to explain my problem). I have also placed a complaint (No: 224026623) in Tata Photo+ cutomer care but I didnt get any favor.

    I am very frustated with the services offered by Tata Photon+ and I want the correct billing or I want to cancel my connection and want to collect all my money for travel and phone bills I spent and the tourchure I experienced along with the money I spent (2400/-) for the connection.
