I have a photon + connection with no. of 9282198706. From the day of purchase the device is giving problem. Every time the technician comes, he just does uninstalling and re-installing of software . The device works for a few days and then again becomes non-functional. However, now the device is not getting installed. When complaint to call centre did not yield any result, I just called to cancel the service. However they notified that I won't get back the initial amount of Rs 3600 which I had deposited.
I am frustrated with the service. It seems that they are following the example of TATA Indicom for providing bad service. On top of that, they have concealed information from the retail customers of the non-refundable amounts one is paying during activation of service.
