Account Number: 906584098 Logged several complaints since 14 April regarding slow speed. Sometimes i'm not even able to browse. Technical executive checks device and told me its faulty and will be replaced in 3 days. When he came back with new device, he's not able to register the new device on old device's place. 1 month has passed and still no response. Customer care takes time but nobody turn up since 2 weeks. Highly frustruted with bad service and slow speed. How can you close my first call if you are not able to resolve the issue at all.Kiran is the technical person who checked faulty device and next day someone visited with new device but couldn't get it working so he told me that he'll come back again after some time. I spoke to tata indicom customer care, technical person, tried several time to talk to Nodal Officer Mr. Shyam Prasad on 9243199970. I even called chennai number in your mail, talked to two people yesterday(Rasin) on your behalf who assured me resolution by today afternoon. Today also i called chennai office talked to two person(Richard and one more) and both hanged up saying all they can do is forward it to concerned department. Even Nodal officer never picked up my call, it either keep ringing or he cut it. Keeping in mind all above issues with my connection since its activation and no resolution from last one month i don't want to pay any money/bill/spend money calling customer care any more. All i want from you is give me my money back and take back your faulty device. Disconnect my connection as i don't want any further communication with Tata Indicom. You guys don't even call me from last one week, its only me calling twice a day. This is my last communication and i think you can help me in disconnection of services and get back my money atleast. this is to lodge a complaint against the tata photon plus internet services. i had lodge a complint with the customer care of tata services reagrdng the dead speed i get at night specially from 8 pm evryday.. my complaint no.s were 221228415 & 221643895 given on 22/5 2010 & 25/5/2010. the executive didnt turn on first complaint but turned up the second time.. he cudnt resolve my problem n just put the blame on network team & went off.i again called up the customer care they told they would make me talk to network team made me wait & disconnected the phone. i would like to put a complaint that when they have these problems in our area why do they sell these products.. n y do they not resolve the problem.

I have upgraded from tata data card to tata photon plus, but the speed is so slow that it takes 5 minutes to open a web page. I made several complains but i only get response solution will be provided in 12 hours, but since 1 month nothing has taken place.
I stay at Thane - GB road. It seems they are having networking issue, but no steps are taken from tata guys on the same. Regards Japheth Bandarkar |

I just bought Tataphoton plus I took it is very bad experience
at the start itself. My account is barred without any intimation though they have my number, email ID, contact address. I am contacting on customer care no one answering the call. I tried Tata Gallery still no reply. Recently I got the reply from Gallery that, bill of some old Tata Indicom number is pending so they barred the service. It is like criminal charges & they punished me without any information. Second most important service related problem I am facing here in my city is that while purchasing this connection the sales person told me that the phtoton plus will launch in next week i.e. june second week but what I got information now after purchase is that photon plus will launch in august 2010 only. Now see in my scheme under Toshaiba laptop is that first three months 2 GB/month free Now I am getting connection bandwidth of around 70 kbps now tell me how to consume or avail this 2Gb on this..its very very slow and I will not use the net untill photon plus launch as I used to broadband. So I requested them to delay this scheme from august onward (photon plus launch in my city) because I availed this scheme for Photon plus not photon wiz now it is photon wiz in my city and this scheme is of no use for me untill photon plus launch. |

On 28/7/2010 I got a new tata photon plus data card and they told me I will maximum speed of 3.1 Mbps.
And I checked on the same day I was getting only 0.1 mbps(100 kbps ) I called up the customer care and informed them on 29/7/2010 morning. The technician came to my home and checked and he told that testing people come and check for the issue. Again I called up the customer care and they tols the issue was resolved how it can happen with out getting confirmation from me , Please give me a good speed or get my data card and refund my money I hate tata My mobile num us 9894464567 |

The saller has committed me that it gives me 3.1mbps speed. but after purchases & installation this devices it giving speed of max. 50 kbps almost. So please Check this problem the solve it . My speed is too slow man too slow my play was unlimited but i never enjoy it cos when there is no speed how can v enjoy even small page like google takes 5 min to open wt# in the start the speed was not satisfying but ok around 1mb but now it 1kb to 10kb v r not paying 4 this slow speed instead of 3.1 mb it's only 5kb. My hole work depend on net.and i m now using mobil net and trust me it's working better than your sucking device and i m paying u for free per month pls do some thing fast or i will just throw your device out of window.u can understand our problem client sometime just move to other due to this how much loss v r face-ing through this do something fast.
