    Default Tata Photon-usage not mentioned in bill and charged unreasonably

    Dear sir,
    I am Akankcha Shri, a subscriber of Tata Photon.This is in reference to E-bill for service number 9278715785. I have a 2GB plan with a monthly rental of RS 750. Since, I am use free data upto 2 GB, I take care never to exceed it. I have verified with the records in my modem and quite sure that I have not gone beyond 1.5 GB.

    To add to the injury, I have been hit with a bill of RS 1923 without any explanation. There is no mention of the data usage. Although its frustrating and ridiculous, the minutes of usage have been mentioned. How on earth one can bill by minutes unless in a cyber cafe?

    Please reply with all the information.

    Dear Sir,

    I am Nandhini Chinnasamy and I have purchased TataPhoton on May 9, 2011. My photon number is 9249520466. The problem is that I am not able to see the usage summary (data that i have used).
    When i log into my account and search for the usage, the information appears as "No Records found". It would be very helpful if you could resolve the issue as a priority. I have called customer care several times and everytime they say they will resolve the issue. But nothing is happening. I have mailed to customer care also, even then I am not getting any response from they. i have never faced such a poor customer care anywhere.
