Last 2 weeks i continuously made complaint regarding to internet speed of my device.
Evn a representative came to my place n checkd the speed ws just 90kbps.
My plan cover 5gb @ upto 3.1 mbps . If not that atleast i expect 1 mbps .
Their representative sent a mail to the network team n said they will contact me in 2-3 days .
Neither a mail neither a call from their side . I evn sent them a reminder mail but again no reply .
I am very dissappointed about how they treat their customer . No feedbacks nor complaints are taken seriously .
