the huawei modem is faulty.it works well with laptops but has a major problem with desktops.it gets disconnected automatically within 10mins.the company is poor in service & doesnt bother at all 2 sort out problems.dont buy tata photon guys worst service worst product.doesnt feel like a tata company.guys who have similar problems with tata photon contact me on shaild80@yahoo.co.in.lets get 2gether & do sumthing abt this.the company wudnt bother if v fight dis single handedly

I have taken connection of tata photon plus near about feb2011 but its service is very bad that i have no words to say anything. They are so so careless about their customer's complaints .i decided to cancel my connection and applied for that which is under process actually customer care has told me that within 15 days your connection has been shut off.i am waiting for that............really i never expect that tata will give such bad service.
