I have purchased a Tata Photron+ Mobile Broadband service data Card by attracting their advertisement speed to 3.1 mbps on in the middle of August, 2010. Till now I did not get proper speed. I have requested Photon+ with many service requests regarding the low speed issue, few of those request were closed without any resolution and without any confirmation/notice to me. I mailed the same issue in detail to nodalofficer.kar@tatatel.co.in and sent reminders as well, but did not receive any response. The Photon+ SLA for a service request is 24hrs and my recent request raised on 5th Oct is still in open and no response from photon+. Please advise me.
