I had subscribed for a tata photon internet data card and was using it. my account no. 9243099684. I was facing a problem with my connection as internet I had lodged a complaint in may / june 2011 with thier outlet in frazer town, Bangalore. My complaint was not attended to inspite of repeated follow ups, hence i asked them to cancel my service. One fine day they sent me a bill for internet usage in august or sept 2011 for an amount of Rs.1025/= when i in fact had asked for a cancellation of service. Now they are harrasing me with legal action. can you suggest me what do i do. i don't mind paying the bill if I have used their services but why should i unnecessarily pay when I have not used their services.
