    During the month of November,2010 I purchased Tata( intenet) whiz connection Number
    9249665104 ,after 2 months since it was very slow ,I took tataphoton plus high speed connection (9249525996) in december 2010,

    Since I need only one connection i asked to disconnect tata whiz connection ,in february 2011,but they bargained to retain the connection.

    after frequent telephonic calls ,on my phone(9745366483),they suggested me send a request by mail. on 3/02/2011 , I sent a mail for holding my connection.In return they asked me clear all the dues. on 7/02/2011 ,I cleared all the dues through internet bank and tata indicon website (Instant pay option). I informed that i paid all dues they can disconnect the my whiz connection

    I was regularly paying for my tataphoton Plus connection ,which asked them to disconnect in the month september,2011

    In the month Oct-2011,I got notice stating that I have Outstanding amount on my tatawhiz
    connection(Rs 1682),which I asked them to disconnect/hold in the month of february,2011

    I donot know how to react this situation ,I never used my tatawhiz after 7/02/2011,
    I contacted customer care ,they are unable to solve the problem, I submitted my bank statement showing that i paid my last bil

    Default TATA Photonz Whiz Disconnection need help

    my name is Movzin. i had asked for cancellation of my Tata photon whiz connection on 19th august 2011. i had paid all the amount due on the same date. But still now the connection have not been cancelled and i am receiving bill asking for paying for the service i have not been using every month. i have gone to the tata office in my area for more than 7 time and every time i go they assure me it will be taken care of and in the next month i receive a bill asking me to pay for that months connection also. I gotta say tata people have the best customer service, they hear from one ear and it goes out from the other. now i have received an advocate notice asking me to pay the bill for service i didn't want and use. if they can prove it i have used their connection after 19th august then i will pay the bill lol i am sure i didn't use it as i cancelled my connection after my device broke.

    if anyone can give me a suggestion what to do it would be really helpful
