Hello Sir/Mam,

I am one of your "wanna be" subscriber who wants to use the internet services by Tikona. But the problem is that somehow i am not able to get those
luxuries given by you guys. Actually on January 19th 2011 Mr. SUMANT KUMAR (one of your field representative) came to my house to help me in subscribing for a new connection for which i had given the request over the phone January 17th 2011, he filled the form for a new subscription, till now i was happy with your services but then Mr. Sumant Kumar askd me to give him a cheque of Rs. 2095 for the installation. I gave him the cheque (CHEQUE NO. 930561, City bank) considering that he will be quick in helping me getting the installation done. But he told me that they wont be able to do the installation on the same day I said ok, no problem, I have an off tomorrow so please make it for tomorrow.

Now, on the next that (i.e. January 20th 2011) I called him near 1'o clock to tell him plz get the installation done near 2 p.m. he said ok . Now i was waiting for him till 3 p.m. but he did not come. And then when i tried to call on is nmber his mobile was switched off. Till then I was really distatisfied by the services till now (eventhough I am not one of your custome yet).

So I ended up calling customer care, and launched a compalint for the same (Complaint No. 1-1645253199).

Now my problem here is that I am "call center" guy and i work in graveyard shifts and i come back home at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. and this afternoon when i cam i was feeling so dizzy that I could hardly wait for him to come. And i only get off for one day in a week and now it was my off next day. So now i wont be available for next seven days for getting the installation done.

Now I want to complain about two things :-

1. Wrong expectations set : Did not get installation done on time.

2. INSTALL THEN PAY : Your so called tag line got fatal in this case, where in I paid a cheque of Rs. 2095 (cheque no. : 930561, city bank) to Mr. Sumant Kumar ( Contact no. : 9717747376) before getting installation done.

Now I have simply have one thing to say,THAT I WILL NOT BE PAYING MONEY FOR THE 1st MONTH FOR THE PLAN AND THE INSTALLATION FESS AS A COMPENSATION.

I know that installation will be done in next few days. but what about the trouble that I have faced. I hope your consider this complaint sincerely and do not treat it like "EVERY OTHER" company does.
