I am writing this letter with utter frustration and disgrace.

I got Tikona services installed on January 22, 2012. I was given a demo regarding its use. Ever since then, I have tried many times but I am unable to get internet connection.
So, this is to bring to your notice that, I have been following up with the Tikona officials (customer service) for nearly a week. My complaint was registered and I was reassured that my problems will be rectified within 3-4 hours. The complain no. given to me was 1-2130488380. The call was being disconnected on being asked for being transferred to the higher authority.

I have spent nearly 2 hours of my time and phone bill talking to customer care staff. I am not getting support from the technical staff. It has become very difficult for me to sustain without the connection as I do many of the Official work from Home .

Based upon the highly dissatisfying service, I have decided to disconnect my connection. I have already forwarded a request to tikona Digital services. Based upon my grievances, I need a complete refund of the entire amount that I have given, in lieu of the fact that I have not been able to use the service till now. The disconnection request no. is 1-2135187445.

It has caused me a huge mental distress and a lot of trouble both professionally and personally. Please look into the matter and get me a complete refund as soon as possible.

If actions are not taken soon enough, then I will have to take strict ( correction for previous post ) measures.
